Where should I start?
Start with an assessment. Your dentist checks your teeth and gums, listens to your goals and explains suitable options, including no aesthetic treatment for now.
What is the first-visit consultation fee?
The first-visit consultation fee is RM50. Your chosen clinic will explain any additional assessment, imaging or treatment charges before you agree.
Do I have to choose treatment on the day?
You can ask questions and take time to decide. Your dentist explains the recommended options, their risks, alternatives and costs.
How do I know which treatment suits me?
Suitability is decided after an examination. The treatment guide explains the options, but it cannot replace a personal assessment.
Are all the before-and-after cases Smile Makeovers?
Yes. All six cases shown here are Smile Makeover cases, shared with patient consent. Individual results vary and the photos do not predict your treatment result.
Are the starting prices the same at both clinics?
The published starting prices apply at Twins Dental Sunway Velocity 2 and Twins Dental Hartamas. Your final quotation depends on your assessment and recommended plan.
How do booking requests work?
Choose a clinic and prepare a message. Open WhatsApp to review and send it yourself. The selected clinic replies to arrange and confirm an appointment time.
What payment options are available?
Ask your chosen clinic about accepted payment methods and any instalment options. If a plan is offered, ask for the provider, total payable and fees before agreeing.
